At first glance, this apartment complex might seem appealing, but beneath the surface, there are some serious issues that make living here far from ideal.
The garage doors have been broken for far too long, leaving the community exposed to frequent car thefts. We’re the only complex in the area without a working garage, and it shows. To make matters worse, there’s no longer a security guard, and the some elevators in the garage are already out of order.
The walls are thin to the point where you...
can hear every sound from your neighbors, making privacy a real issue. Because the units are poorly insulated, you’ll be forced to run the AC or heat constantly just to maintain a comfortable temperature. Bugs, especially roaches, are a persistent problem, both in the common areas and inside the apartments, largely due to poor sealing and lack of maintenance.
While the place may look nice at first, the reality is that the lack of security, ongoing maintenance problems, and pest issues significantly lower the quality of living. If you’re considering moving here, it’s important to weigh these factors carefully.

Leasing doesn’t know what they are doing

My experience living here has been extremely disappointing. The leasing office has demonstrated a lack of cohesion on multiple occasions. They communicated that the garage doors would close by September 17th, yet as of October 9th, they remain open. When I inquired about the process for breaking my lease, I was initially provided with one set of terms, based on which I made arrangements. However, they later reversed their position, citing a different notice requirement, and refused to honor the... original information provided. The leasing office should be fully knowledgeable and consistent in their communications.

In addition to management issues, the quality of living is far below acceptable standards. The walls are incredibly thin, making it difficult to avoid constant noise from neighbors. The number of bugs—despite living on an upper floor—is alarming, which I believe is due to gaps in doors and inadequate caulking. This, combined with frequent malfunctions of the appliances, makes day-to-day life frustrating.
