I have been here now for 2 month, the staff here has been great ever since day one of applying, any issues I have had have been taken care of in a very quick manner. Iron Crest is in a good location and the tex rail directly behind the building has made my commute to DFW airport very easy and saves me on having to park at the airport.

I loved the apartment and its quality but they failed me with their poor customer service. They have poor people skills not really trying to help with the application process. I started the application last week and they keep on requesting additional documents. I am fine with them being careful about who they lease to but it’s unacceptable how they are slow in process. They would request me one document today and once it’s fulfilled they would request another document slowing down the whole... process. Just tell me what document you need all at once so that I can work to get it.
Whenever I call them and Leandro’s not in the office they act as if they can’t really help me. I mean why are you working there in the office if you can’t answer basic application question. Why tell me you’ll get back to me and never really do? I’m so pissed at this point. If it were not for the paid application fee I would not live here. If you want a smooth application process just don’t!!
