Ever since GreyStar took over this property, the place has been in shambles. Simple maintenance requests take months to get completed. Complaints about the condition of the property go no where and are not taken care of.

The units are nice and spacious. The updated floors and finishes are nice and modern. Maintenance is great, though it’s hard to keep up with office personnel because they change quite often
