The leasing office here is absolute garbage they will do absolutely nothing in their power to help you in any way or capacity whatsoever all they want is your money your rent will increase substantially during the duration of your stay your maintenance issues will not get fixed and they have zero sympathy and empathy towards any issues that you're having whatsoever Mallory does not care whatsoever about any of your problems and will completely shut you down and block you out regardless if you… have been a perfect tenant for over a year with on-time payments and no issues whatsoever at the apartment if you are smart you will save your money because this place is way overpriced I have had two cars broken into a catalytic converter stolen off of my truck the valet system that you're charged an arm and a leg for each month does not pick up your trash and the office will do nothing to help you with any of these issues also if you need any help as far as exiting or termination of your lease they will not assist with that either I recently have been living here for 13 months and my lease is up in November the beginning of November and I contacted the leasing office with 40 days notice to let them know that I would not be renewing my lease and that I was moving to Arizona only to be told that if I did that I was going to be breaking my lease because I did not give them 60 days notice and that I was going to be liable to pay for an extra month even though I did not receive a notification from them until September 26th which only gave me 40 days notice anyways Mallory the owner told me she was not going to help me and there's nothing she could do for me even though I have not missed any payments and I've been a perfect tenant because if she did it for me she would have to do it for everybody and I said well I did not even get a notification within the 60 days notice that I needed to provide that and she said that it was in my agreement at the beginning of my lease over a year ago and she stood by that and told me she's sorry she can't help me so please make the smart move save your money and do not move here unless you want to deal with an office and leave leasing company that does not care about you and only cares about your money Read More

The property stays super clean and the crew works hard to keep the property in great conditions. Any issues that comes up they will get it done by the end of the day if not even sooner depending on what is already on their to do list. Great guys all around!!!

Management and maintenance were great and took care of us. I thought parking was okay until I moved to a places where parking is really bad and makes Skyview look very spacious. I did have a few issues with upstairs neighbors who were loud and inconsiderate which is typical apartment living and my upstairs neighbors at my new place are even worse. I also will miss the convienance to things in the area and how close I was to work.
