You will have a Curfew

They have issued a 10pm curfew for adults and 7:30pm curfew for kids. And if you do not follow it you will be fined $150. The absurdity.

Things they don't have or will not let you use

No spa they have a pool but it's closed all the time they closed it the 2 week in June and still not open and it the end of July They have a gate but never work always need fixed. Parking light not good alot and I mean a lot of them out will not fix

Under New Management Ashley and her team are amazing

My son and I moved here in 2022 and at the time it was really bad nothing got fixed they were always fighting please were always called gunshots all the time. At the time it was just a really unsafe place to live we were going to try to move but we ended up renewing the lease in 2023 and I cried because I felt like I was trapped here I hated paying the money toward the services we were getting at the time. And I have learned that it's not mainly the management company that changes a property it… is the managers and the people you have working in the office they are the ones that either make or break a property. The reason I'm saying that is because we have new management Ashley is a manager's name a couple other ladies working in the office I can't recall their names at the moment but there has been so much improvements I mean the potholes are getting fixed rowdy neighbors are getting moved out no more gunshots I feel safe here and if I had to renew my lease again I would be totally okay with that. I just want to give a shout out to Ashley the new manager and her ladies at work in the office and the maintenance guys everyone's doing amazing even the pool is clean I never went swimming the last 2 years because of pool was always green and really gross looking but this year I've been there quite a few times. They are really making a difference there are still people out here that care. Sometimes we just have to wait out the garbage to find them and thank God we found them at this time. So I totally get five stars because in the short time that the new manager have been here they have done a complete turnaround on the property.

Run Quickly away from this DUMP

1st Management is not professional at all .They change Mangers like you take out the trash the staff is inconsistent as well you never know who is maintenance or if there's maintenance at all or who you WILL be paying your rent to one while they were using a staffing agency. the water is always off at least twice a month. the A.C./ Heating unit is alway out. The pipes burst and flood the units often also These apartments were damaged by 02-21 winter storm they cut out the walls looking for… burster pipes leaving the tenants exposed to Outside elements and critters this was like this until the end of 12-21. It was never really repaired they patch the walls up and went on. the apartments are still flooding from time and the tenants are left with out water sometime over a weekend.when the exterminator or any kind of vendor comes they give your key to them and allow them access with out giving you notice.The pool was never opened not even before Covid the parking lot is damaged really bad ground cracked up old wreck cars on the property the security gate never worked the grounds are not kept up. I Personally know someone that live is this place for three years .This place is trash please please PLEASE Consider everything before choosing this place there are two othe properties ran by the same company if you research you will find them the names have change almost every three years.

Everyone has there own opinions

I've lived here for a year and a half now but only because I don't have a car to go look at other places and it's not that bad living here no one bothers you and yeah I did have a problem with roaches but it's under control now but I am ready to move to a house now
