Terrible customer service and maintenance. Seems like no one knows how to do their job. Office doesn’t answer phone or emails. Mice and roaches. They remodeled but didn’t bother treating the disgusting pests. I will not renew my lease.

The apartments will cut the water off without sending you notice. They will sell the apartments without giving you notice. You will constantly have to prove you paid your rent, so keep your bank statements or money order stubs on hand. There is trash everywhere, in front of the apartments, around the dumpsters, dog park, on the street and the playground. Maintenance will do the bare minimum. They will keep your key and enter your apt at will, no knocking. They have a roach infestation. Your… rent will go up every year although they do no repairs or anything to enhance the property. Personel is rude and unprofessional. I have chemical burns on my hands and arms because the water was turned off while I was in the middle of washing up. The gate is always broken. They're cheap for a reason. Don't move to the Falls, the Oaks side is just as bad. Read More

Called in to try to see an apartment. They told me it was sprinkling and that they wouldn't do any tours. I then asked some basic questions about the listings and they continued to change the information, and said that half of the information was incorrect on the listing even though the website said it was updated today IE Washer dryer hookups, Lease length, Move in Specials, and more

This is an amazing and wonderful place to live at.
