the Kelley at Samuels Av is a one of the best communities I have resided in. The peace and property views are my favorite qualities. I enjoy the benefits of the clubhouse and grills on property. The events have been fun and sweet. The leasing team is professional and fun, always a pleasure to chat with Omar and Vanessa. Amenities could be more updated with other competitive properties (on-site car wash, rooftop lounge or outdoor cinema projection, mediation garden, podcast room, smart thermostat... and keyless entry) or updated gym equipment ( premium/update equipment or recovery station).

The Kelley as a whole is a lovely property. However, would love for actual maintenance and care to the amenities. The fans in the gym are not fully functional. The firepit by the pool has been almost inoperable for years (from what i’ve heard from long term residents). There are cars in front of the leasing office with expired registrations that do not move for months, and are never towed. Parking is already an issue, and there should be better management of it.
