Cute and Cozy
My fiance and I have been searching for awhile now for a small and quiet community to live and I think we found it. We stopped in today and got to view the model which is very spacious for the price. We could definitely picture ourselves making a home together here!! As anyone does we had a lot of question to ask and the manager Megan answered every single one of them. She was very kind and helpful! Hopefully we didn't bug her with all of our millions of questions. During that time Hector the... maintenance guy came in and we got to meet him too. They seem like a great team and really made us feel welcome which really helped make our decision. We cannot wait to call Waterchase Gardens our new home as a married couple!

Fabulous!!
Had the privilege of viewing a furnished example of a unit available at this property last week with Meghan. Spacious kitchen, living area, and bedrooms. Attentive staff who are eager to please. Beautiful fireplaces along with other impressive update options available. Great upkeep of the property as well as uniqueness to each unit. Nice and quiet community. Would definitely rent here in the future! - Sherry
