Application process.
Terrible application process. We were told we were approved, then suddenly told we were conditional, our applications were allegedly lost, and they requested rental verification from a property we no longer live at. I was also denied as an occupant due to what seems like an error on their end. Two weeks later, we still have no approval letter or unit walkthrough, and we’re supposed to move in Friday. Very frustrating experience.
