Unresponsive Management and Poor Communication
The experience with management at this property has been frustrating and inconsistent. Both the manager and the leasing consultant appear unresponsive, often failing to reply to emails unless it seems convenient for them. This lack of communication makes it difficult to get timely answers to important questions or resolve issues efficiently. As a professional you expect a basic level of professionalism and reliability, but that standard is not being met here. Improved responsiveness and a more... proactive approach to communication would make a significant difference.
