SkyHouse Frisco Station

If I could put zero stars, then I would. We just moved across the country from Chicago to Frisco into a 3 bedroom unit. Upon move in, the smell in the apartment was disgusting, the toilets were dirty with small bugs present, the AC was broken in the middle of Texas summer, the oven was broken, and two towel racks completely falling off the wall. We stayed in a hotel our first night due to how bad it was. They said the cleaners would come at 8 am the next day and they didn't show up until 11:15.... They might not have shown up at all if I didn't say anything about them being late. This place is considered to be a luxury apartment, but the professionalism and preparedness is anything but that. There have been some additional concessions granted, but nowhere near enough to satisfy. Not to mention, our AC, oven, and towel racks still aren't fixed. NIGHTMARE move-in experience.

The experience with management at this property has been frustrating and inconsistent. Both the manager and the leasing consultant appear unresponsive, often failing to reply to emails unless it seems convenient for them. This lack of communication makes it difficult to get timely answers to important questions or resolve issues efficiently. As a professional you expect a basic level of professionalism and reliability, but that standard is not being met here. My lease ended today, December 30 and since October with Skyhouse old staff of people that was in the office - I thought that they had everything done and ready to go before this new group came in. November.
Three months now it’s like ground hog day. Excuse after excuse. Even though I was finally told maybe two weeks ago that it was accomplished, I had signed it and all until I received rent due notification missing the key bonus in why I renewed :( which was not correct at all.
So now... another Groundhog Day with an excuse of oh I’m not authorized to fix this, but the manager has to do it and she won’t be in now till January 3. Even though I’ve been asking them to fix this for the last two weeks. And I was told that they sent her an And I was told that they sent her a email, but she STILL hasn’t responded- she is the only one that can fix this!! What is so hard about this. Great location and amenities. Front office is helpful but had to do a lot of follow ups to get started.
The top floor gym, pool and view is just breathtaking!

Overall great place!

The process was so fast, smokth and Geyma was amazing to work with. I am so glad I picked Skyhouse! The staff is amazing I couldn’t be more happier.
