This property is a reasonably quiet place to live, safe and well managed. Excellent location with a new huge park being built across the street ( no buildings) . Only 15 minutes max from anywhere most occupants would need to go locally: from restaurants to shops, to banks, to fuel, to the home of the PGA to the home of the Dallas Cowboys (the Star). Good spot !!

The Margo was recommended to me and has lived up to the hype! Located in a safe, lovely neighborhood, it feels very homey and is well taken care of. Perfect for young professionals looking for a quiet living environment with space to be active and a short commute to the north Dallas area.

Moving can be stressful, moving into The Margo was so easy! Danielle was so informative and helpful! You can really tell the leasing team wants to help in whatever way they can. The whole property is well looked after and very clean. I have absolutely loved living here so far!
