Broadstone Cross Creek Ranch is an apartment community in Fulshear, TX
Very disappointing maintenance and cleanliness standards. Trash is frequently left in the hallways and common areas, creating unpleasant smells and an unsanitary environment. The dog park grass is dry and poorly maintained, and shared spaces often look neglected. For the amount of rent residents pay, management should do a much better job maintaining the property.

You can't go wrong.
As someone who lives here on the property and has had many apartments before this as a result of moving a lot because of the military, I must say that the property and its staff are fantastic. The general area all together is quiet and still country living, if that's what you are looking for.
