Extremely disappointed
I strongly advise against living in this apartment complex. During several years of living here under the previous management, there were no issues: maintenance was always performed promptly and professionally, which was the reason we decided to renew our lease.
Since the management changed, the situation has significantly worsened. The management completely ignores residents’ requests and fails to resolve problems:
1. The air conditioner in our apartment has been broken for about six months,... and no repairs have been carried out.
2. Common areas are in poor condition: the grill is broken, dirty, and rusty; the pool is constantly dirty; the air conditioner in the fitness center does not work; and the gates are frequently malfunctioning and left open.
3. Apartments have started experiencing pest infestations, including outdoor cockroaches and gnats.
4. Trash collection is often delayed or not done at all.
All written and in-person complaints from residents are ignored.
Additionally, rent is increased immediately after the first lease term ends. Attempts to terminate the lease are met with numerous conditions, effectively preventing residents from moving out without financial penalties.
I consider the actions of this management company to be dishonest and a violation of residents’ rights. I strongly recommend avoiding signing a lease with this complex.
