Carelton Courtyard is an apartment community in Galveston, TX
I live at the University Place complex and while it is great the parking is TERRIBLE! 20 units and 8 parking spaces and you get a citation for street parking without a permit. Also, if it rains heavily for 30 minutes you risk your car getting flooded, happened to me my first year here!

Changes Property Management far too often. If staff is overworked and underpaid, it's difficult to get the necessary work done. If they aren't given time to change or familiarize themselves with property after last property management left, how can they or anyone else be proficient!? This is an ownership issue!
