There is also a formal dining area leading into the long, beautiful galley kitchen, which offers lots of counter space and cabinets and is fully equipped. The kitchen leads into a charming breakfast area, another perfect spot to enjoy your meal. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, baby crib and highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. The backyard is fenced in for complete privacy and with tall shrubs surrounding it, you’ll feel like you’re in your own little private oasis. There is a lovely oblong pool that glitters under the sun and lots of patio space around to lay back and soak up the rays, and a BBQ grill.
A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet is required (maximum of 2 pets per stay).
You’ll be conveniently located just 20 minutes to downtown Dallas, 30 minutes to DFW airport and 40 minutes to AT&T Stadium. Garland has tons of parks and forest preserves and is a diverse city with both urban appeal and fascinating history. Just a 15-minute drive away, you’ll find Lake Ray Hubbard. The Garland Landmark Museum is located 10 minutes away and the San Martino Winery and Vineyards, 28 minutes away. Hawaiian Falls Water Park is 15 minutes away, and Surf and Swim is only 7 minutes away. Historic Downtown Garland is another local landmark that you absolutely must visit. Firewheel Town Center is 15 minutes away, featuring an open-air shopping complex with lots of shops, entertainment and restaurant options.
Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests. No street parking is allowed due to city parking regulations. A noise alert device is installed in the home to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
