Poorly Managed Property

The buildings look new, but that’s the only nice thing that could be said about these apartments. The trash compactor is usually overflowing with garbage so the property smells awful, the front office doesn’t do anything about noise complaints and doesn’t provide the security phone line they claim to have, and the elevators are broken every other month. On top of that, if you live in one of the buildings near the I-30 you’ll keep waking up in the middle of the night due to speeding motorcycles.… The condition of the buildings was the one thing that attracted me to this place, but now the hallway carpets are stained and grody. There are barely any free parking spots near buildings 4 & 5, and if you want to pay for covered parking it’s around $60 a month. If Garland isn’t the only place you can live in, look somewhere else because living here isn’t worth it.

Go somewhere else. Overpriced for bare minimum.

Completely Overpriced!!! There are so many fees especially an amenity fee-you can’t use and it’s always closed! You pay for trash pick up, but they never pick it up. Trash compactor is always full so residents leave trash out. They strategically put less parking spaces so you have to pay for covered parking. Garages are ridiculously priced and super small. Residents throw parties and make noise. Don’t try to work from home here.

Lies about fees

When you apply here be careful and make sure you’re going to get approved. I applied here 8/5 and was told I would get my refund for admin fee and it’s been well over a month. I’ve called, emailed and even had a family reach on my behalf. In this economy I definitely don’t have $175 to just give away! Ridiculous

Go somewhere else

There is a required amenity fee, but most of the amenities are not even built. It’s a complete construction zone. Overpriced.Once you include all additional fees, it’s cheaper to go elsewhere.Extremely limited parking unless you rent a carport or garage.Each building has about 8-10 parking spots.Rest are carports.No elevator for some buildings so be prepared to climb. Noisy. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on the interstate. Be prepared to add another 400-500 to your rent… when thinking about budgeting. Not worth it
