Centerville Pointe
This is not what it appears. I been by these places on a weekend and the kids are atrocious. I wasted a lot of time and energy trying to get into these apartments and my income was too high to qualify for the tax credit. After filling out 1,000 pieces of paper, total waste of time. Even the tenants that live there were telling me to be happy that I did not qualify and that it is pretty bad there. Numerous maintenance issues, crime, etc. One lady indicated that her daughter had several girls... trying to beat up her up. Keep it moving. There are plenty of places to choose from.

Centerville Pointe
This is a gteat family community. The residents are helpful and watchful of eachothers kids even if they dont know them. The staff is friendly and very professional. Maintenance is always on time even after hours and always have a pleasant attitude. Ive lived here for two years now and this is my second stay here. I would definitely recommend this propert to any family looking for a safe, stable, reliable place to stay.
