When I first moved here, everything was great, but now it seem like they are trying to condemn the apartments and no one else informed us of anything. I love where I live. I just wish they would fix what’s going on and inform us what’s going on.

Great employees and lake location But built 1975 overdue major overhaul - Needs better painters, no mowing, landscaping, pools closed - we look out to pool only collecting small pool of dirt and slime - embarrassing

You don't want to live here. The rent may be a little cheaper but I'd rather pay more then to live in a run down apartment where the ceiling could fall in at anytime, No wonder they want you to have renters insurance. If you have nice stuff don't bring it here. The only good thing is the location.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all resident concerns seriously and want to address some of the statements in your review.
At no time are ceilings at our community in danger of \"falling at any moment.\" Any maintenance concerns that are... reported to our office are inspected and addressed by our maintenance team and qualified vendors as needed.
We also require renters insurance, which is a standard requirement at many apartment communities. Renters insurance is designed to protect residents' personal belongings in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as fire, theft, water damage, or other incidents that may occur beyond anyone's control.
We appreciate your comments regarding our location and are always working to improve the living experience for our residents.

I don't even think I have a maintenance team there's nobody been out here for 2 years I've been put in work order for 2 years and not one yet have came to fix anything while following in floors in the kitchen turn up this this pipes is leaking I have put an all type of work orders and I have yet to see a maintenance work

We want to resolve concerns such as leaks, flooring issues, or other maintenance needs as quickly as possible.

If maintenance doesn't change I definitely would not recommend anyone to move to Lake Colony. They don't even keep the grass cut anymore it's a foot tall and bushes are extremely over grown!
