Things are looking up

I have lived here 3 years. Management (Maria and Elizabeth) are knowledgeable and friendly and sincerely care about the residents. The new maintenance man Cesar knows his stuff and can actually repair things. New pest control is helping the situation. Keep up the good work Brazos!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE

Management is terrible!!! they will fine you for any little thing but will not turn on the A.C when its freaking hot. I've only lived here for one month and I am already ready to move out!!! AVOID MOVING HERE, RENT IS CHEAP BUT IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!

Riverglen Apartments

I love my apartments , they are not super nice but for the area its in and for the price it is , its like a diamond in the rough! :) only $625 for a 1 bedroom with all bills paid and they provide basic cable!! Not to mention its a very quiet community , mainly elder folks.. if your renting for the first time I def. recommend these apartments and its cheap just perfect all around!

Calm! Quiet! Peaceful!

I've been here for only 8 months and I've got to say; by far the most peaceful place to live. Literally a diamond in the ruff. It's all bills paid and well taken care of community. Strongly recommend to anyone a budget and not looking to sacrifice comfort of living.
