I have lived here for about 4 years. Maintenance is horrible. It's like pulling teeth to get anyone to fix anything. Good luck on getting renewal leases on time either. Communication is horrible! People love to fly through the parking lot and also people don't like to keep an eye on their kids while they play outside. You can't walk anywhere without wondering if you are going to step in dog crap. Also you will find garbage strung in the parking lot because some people are too lazy to take... stuff to the dumpster. I have lived here for over a decade, the management was the same for most of that time. Previous, management wasn't bad but the management now and office crew and maintenance are superb. Alfred, probably one of the friendliest and approachable property managers, I have had to work with. The office staff is always willing to help and don't make you feel like you're bothering them, when calling or going into the office.
