I recently had the pleasure of residing here and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Dakota and her team are doing an amazing job so far. From the moment I moved in, it was clear that this place was home to me. its so organized and well maintenance, and everything is very tidy

Worst Communication I've ever experienced.
When we moved here 4 years ago this place was affordable & the staff was a dream to work with. As time went on the complex had gone through 3 different owners. The last year we spent with the Broadway apartments was an absolute disaster. The staff is rude and refuse to communicate which make anything harder than it has to be. We had water damage in our apartment (1056) which was not addressed appropriately which lead to a HUGE mold infestation. After the maintenance reviewed the issue their... solution was to paint over the mold and tell me to my face it was just dust build up. We where finally able to move May of 2022, it has been 3 months now and we have still not received our returned deposit nor an itemized receipt of what was due for any "Damages" To this day I am still unable to get an answer from the staff. My calls are ignored and I am LAUGHED at when they finally are bothered enough to answer my 44 calls in a row. We are being left with no choice but to take legal action as it is illegal for a complex to not provide a reason for not receiving a receipt or refund deposit within 30 days of lease end. I am truly disgusted with our experience with this complex and highly recommend not renting here. Its not worth the trouble or the funds.

Trash is everywhere! Apartments are no where near as nice as in these pictures. Water is always off and when it’s on it’s never hot. And you can forget about company if you’re embarrassed to show off your roach pets. Because there is no getting rid of them! You can’t bomb enough! The office people do not care about the living conditions of their residents

The Broadway Apartments
It's a spacious apartment with a fireplace, french door sna windows and it's 811 square feet. It has a mastser bedroom and a sun room. It's home for now.
