BEWARE when applying for this apartment complex!!! The leasing agent is extremely unprofessional. I was working with her for a week straight even talked to her this morning and she NEVER mentioned we needed to pay a deposit to save the apartment. The only thing she kept saying was she was waiting for rental verification.when I applied the apartment I was applying for wasn’t even posted she told me to call back and she would switch it to the correct unit and she never did. That lead for someone… else to be able to apply for the apartment but this time she told them about a deposit but not us! She would refuse to answer the phone and only wanted to communicate through text! When I called the first time the only thing she said about money was it will say$200 fee but you need to change it to $250 so now we are out of $300 messing around with this lady! We could have BEEN brought a deposit when we applied but she never said anything! It’s suppose to be first come first served and that’s a lie! My brother moved into these apartments 2 months ago and she didn’t tell him about his deposit until it was time for him to sign his lease but she swears she told us about a deposit BEFORE checking our credit! She said she sent our old apartments the leasing verification Thursday but really didn’t send it until noon on Friday! Again we spoke with her this morning she never said someone else is looking at the apartment she never said we should bring a deposit to hold the apartment the only thing she kept saying is she was waiting for the rental verification as you can see in the screenshot!
