I’m exhausted from trying to get livable conditions so I’m going to leave this review short.

Don’t live here! They don’t have the right priorities.

Since I’ve moved here, I’ve had issues with trash constantly outside the dumpsters, a insect infested unit, extremely loud upstairs neighbors that kept me up throughout the night but that management did nothing about, no regard to community safety. There were loud screams in the middle of the night screaming for help when I first moved in, I told... them and they did nothing about and they told me they don’t have cameras. Then, one day I was working out and they left the tv blasting with the news and no remote for us to turn it off so I unplugged the tv. The next day there were immediately cameras put in the gym and labels everywhere to not touch it. Makes no sense why they prioritized that over safety. Read More

I lived there from Aug 2024 to Aug 2025! Rhianna is always there with a smile and always willing to help! My move out was easy! My work orders always done in a timely manner! Way to go!

My daughter leased an apartment and they kept her money even though they changed her apartment, changed her move in date and took 10 days before we had to find somewhere else. They won't refund anything. Stay away from this place.

I've lived here for some time now and I love it! I have not had any issues with my apartment and when something needs to be fixed maintenance is on the way! They also do follow ups on the from when the work order is completed and I love that! Staff has great customer service and offers beverages in the clubroom! Also a plus there is also a trail right behind the complex to run or ride your bike!
