No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. The fireplace is gas operated, and guests should only use it if familiar with its operation, doing so at their own risk and not leaving it unattended. Noise level monitoring is in place to comply with local noise ordinances and prevent unauthorized parties. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12 or more guests. Pet cleaning fees apply, and pets should be kept off beds and furniture. A full disclosure policy for the number of people on the property is in place, with security camera verification to comply with local laws.
