BYOA (bring your own appliances) because nothing works here and it will take 30-90 days for you to get anything ‘fixed’. When they do, they just pull whatever from another unit, not knowing if it works or not, so be prepared to call code enforcement. My wife and I have found EvRIA Terraces Communities well run, with good facilities, especially on the gym and pool. It´s easy to exercise regularly with it on site. The site and apartments are well maintained and good response/service from front office, off course there are some places which needs some attention, however front office team always makes every effort to get it resolved.
