Riverside Place Apartments

My time at Riverside Place was marred by numerous issues that made living there more of a hassle than a pleasure. One of the most significant problems I encountered was the maintenance issue with the bathroom ceiling. Last July, a sprinkler pipe failure caused the ceiling to cave in, leading to a lengthy repair process that lasted over a month and a half. Unfortunately, this repair seemed to have exacerbated the problem, as the apartment developed a persistent mold issue afterward.

Moreover,... the concierge trash service, for which residents are billed, was far from reliable. Trash collection seemed to occur sporadically, leaving residents to deal with overflowing bins and unpleasant odors. The parking situation was similarly frustrating, with a small lot offering limited spaces and forcing residents to pay extra for a garage or an covered parking spot.

The amenities promised by Riverside Place fell short of expectations as well. The pool, advertised as a perk of living in the complex, was consistently locked and shallow, rendering it virtually unusable for residents. Additionally, the pervasive smell of marijuana in the evenings was not only unpleasant but also raised concerns about the overall atmosphere and safety of the community.

To add insult to injury, the management's handling of move-out procedures was unprofessional. Despite conducting a walkthrough and providing a final statement, I was shocked to find that my move-out statement mysteriously increased within a week of departure, resulting in unexpected charges.

Overall, my experience at Riverside Place was deeply disappointing, and if I could, I would give it a zero-star rating. I would caution anyone considering living here to thoroughly investigate the management's track record and carefully weigh the pros and cons before making a decision. Read More

This is a beautiful property. Priscilla was very informative and answered all of my questions.

Nice apartments w/ all the newest amenities, BUT......Pool closed all summer. Management and leasing staff are AWFUL. Rude to deal with in person and they don’t return phone calls or emails. Will raise rent $600 a month for a new 1 year lease.
