The Grand at Hill Street

It’s been a cool experience. Overall, my experience has been okay. The apartments themselves are nice and the location is convenient with easy access to shopping and the highway. Maintenance has handled most requests, although response times varies .

Gates still don’t work, pool water fall is inconsistent, blind spot mirrors have been missing for over a year, carpets are rarely cleaned. They have improved overall since I’ve been here, but still not up to promised expectations

I like living here. It’s a nice community. Sometimes the neighbors can get loud or hang out in the parking lot. The security gates are almost never closed and it’s hard to get a hold of someone in the office unless you go in there. Maintenance does an ok job. All in all it’s pretty good here.

Great experience so far everyone is nice and the community looks and feels great the environment is a great place to be I think moving here is going to be everything I need in my life I also think making the move to Dallas will be the best decision I’ve ever made the food is good and so far the job experience is really great and everything I thought it would be

My husband and I just renewed our lease for a 3rd time. We love it here and all of our needs are met. No complaints at all. Thank you to the staff for always being supportive.
