Beautiful Place to live
Grapevine 2499 has been some of the best apartments I’ve lived in, EVER. They are always responsive and very kind/ accommodating at the office. I love the events they put together at the club house, and the maintenance staff are also very responsive and quick to get problems fixed. The amenities are great, with a nice gym and all year around pool area. Isaiah has been very kind and helpful in the office, as well as Keesha and the other staff. Great place to live and peaceful! Highly recommend... 10/10

I like living here. The main office manager is so helpful, maintenance is done in a timely fashion and they do try to clean up after themselves, there are also workers that keep the trash in place when it overflows or animals get into if or residence fail to actually put it in the trash receptacle (which blows my mind). The apts are pretty, the balconies are great, the amenities are very nice, although I don't get to make community events, there are a lot!
