Worst experience of my life
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES LIVE HERE!
ROACHES! BAD MANAGEMENT! WATER ALWAYS TURNS OFF.
I decided to live in Marina in 2021.
Worst decision of my fricking life.
The front desk manager DOES NOT DO HER JOB AND CONSTANTLY tells you about her problems. I won’t say her name but my wife and I referred to as the “roach manager”
Did I mention the roof above my shower fell down on us one time?
Do not live here.

Mala experiencia
Muy mala administración, la falta de agua caliente era persistente, había fugas de agua q no arreglaban y luego cada mes nos llegaba el bill más alto. Rompimos el contrato y resulta q cuando llamaron pidiendo datos de nosotros debíamos dinero supuestamente porq dejamos chinches en la alfombra, cuando todo era nuevo. En fin no lo recomiendo para nada, una decepción total

I Loved The Place
I am doing a relocation to the area and stumbled onto this little gem in a quaint location in Grapevine, TX. I am not familiar with anything in Texas and the search has been grueling. When I find a location, I'm checking out another site for the crime in the area, I'm reading all of the reviews and I get on Google maps to time the distance to my work location. This one was a winner and I'm convinced you will be comfortable here because the staff is on top of their job and they go out of their... way for their tenants. I promise you won't be sorry if you decide to move here. A special thanks to Heidi and your co-worker for everything you did for me.
