Timberline Apartments

Love the established property. Mature trees, very quiet neighborhood, and my neighbors are so friendly and look out for each other. Many residents have lived here for 10+ years and that speaks volumes to me. Very conveniently located to Grapevine business area and Colleyville.

My apartment is located in a small, older community. I love the location. It is located in front of the high school and the middle school is behind the high school The location is perfect for me and my daughter because I'm a single parent and my daughter is very active in school activities.
The community is old and the two bedroom I am in has had some updates but some items updated were only partially updated and so of the updates did not hit the mark 100% but it is still very cozy and homey... .
The age of the community means there are lots of mature trees so lots of shade. It is also in an established older neighborhood. The community is small which I like so there isn't allot of traffic which makes it quiet even with it locate on two busy streets and a stone throw away from an extremely busy street.
In addition to being located near/next to the schools it is minutes driving to three local cities filled with restaurants/shopping. These three cities are growing so there is always something new to see and visit. Read More
