I’ve lived here for about 6 months and I’m disappointed to say the least.
My biggest issue with the complex is parking is just absurd. I’ve had nights where I’d come home and have no absolutely no parking. I’ve been on the waitlist to get reserved parking since I’ve moved in and I’ve heard nothing. When there is no parking they tell you to park on the side of the highway. Prople will park in handicapped spots just to be inside the gates.
Speaking of gates, they never work but that seems to be... an issue with most complexes so I’ll give them Grace there. But if that’s something you’re weary about, just know the gates are almost always open.
This is also one of those complexes that overcharges for trash valet and does not take your trash half the time. If they deem your trash too heavy, they’ll leave it and fine you. On the other side of that coin, the property is disgusting. Roaches and wasps are a reoccurring issue and I live on the third floor.
Lastly maintenance is rude and untimely. I’ve had my washer break and it took them 3.5 weeks to fix it. I had to constantly remind the front office to get to my orders and they’d “complete” unfinished work orders. Also something that bothered me when I moved in is they lock your thermostat so you cannot control the temperature at will.

I’ve living here for two years and it’s probably one of the worst properties in this area. The only plus side is the proximity to the airport, which is great for someone like me who travels for work often.

Parking sucks. You pay extra for assigned parking. Trash service is overpriced and we always go days without that service being rendered. The internet sucks. 80$ a month for subpar service. Not worth the price unless you also travel often.

We are loving our apartment so far at Trailwinds Grapevine. Maricela and Bree were so nice and helpful everytime we have been in the office.

The whole Marlowe team between the leasing office team and the facilities team do a tremendous job making this community feel like home! Can not thank this team enough! Love this community and recommend anyone searching to make Marlowe your home too!

The Marlow Apts. is an Excellent Community. The People in the Community are like Family. I would recommend this Safe,Well manicured ENVIRONMENT!!f For Anyone..This is Truly Home...
