Maintenance is great!!!

Each time I've had anything needing repair in my apartment, maintenance is out quickly and fixes it the first time!!! They are very knowledgeable and personable and I feel completely comfortable with them in my apartment. Thank you Desert Sands for having such a great crew and such a great place to live!

Shady business practice

Be careful renting here. They will knowingly give you minimal information even if you walk into the office in person. Using this tactic they will add on extra fees or extra months of rent at your expense to make an extra penny.

I have been renting for 10+ years and this is hands down the worst experience I have had at a rental property.

Don't like roaches? DON'T MOVE HERE!

I moved here in late 2016, and since day ONE I have had to deal with roaches. I'm not talking the large black ones, I'm talking those small, brown German cockroaches that just keep coming. Sure, this place uses a pest control company...but it does no good. They go away for bit, then come back. I've been forced to spend My own money on Roach Hotels to trap the nasty things so I have less to deal with before My upcoming move.

It's up to you.

Theses people do not care as long as you pay rent. That means there is a lot of freedom which includes druggie neighbors and bug problems.
