At first it was great, the community was nice, clean, and respectful. We’ve been here now a little over 7 months now I believe, and have watched the place change drastically. Kids throwing balls and breaking lights etc in the halls, trash wrappers everywhere constantly throughout the halls, banging next to and above our apartment, trash being picked up at random different times after 6pm. There’s not been any specific time for trash pick up since employee change. We just received a complaint and... a fine about putting our trash bag outside our door (at the proper time we were last informed trash would be picked up) due to it not being in a bin. However, we’ve seen many people around our apartment doing the same exact thing, and have been for quite some time now. There are particular halls/doors you walk down/past that reek of marijuana and yet when reported nothing is done because how do you report a “smell” with a picture?? Needless to say, when our lease is up we’re out of here.

I’ve been here a week and so far it’s been nice. The trash is not too far from us. The pool was clean. The gym is clean. The mailroom is very nice.

Only complaint I have is DOGS!! Granted I know it comes with living in apts but they bark at all hours of the night and if you want to take a nap or just relax good luck with that.
