Some residents got into a fight and damaged my vehicle during the fight. I filed a police report and also notified the leasing office about it. This happened about almost a month ago and not a single person in the office has reached out to check in on the case or follow up with any information at all. I still don't know who is responsible for the damages to my vehicle. I will NOT be renewing my lease here.

Pretty nice community, the staff is friendly and maintenance is quick. The lock on my storage unit is messed up half the time, but other than that I don’t have many complaints. I think it is a little pricey for the space, but the appliances are nice.

Community is nice and well kept! Great place to call home. The amenities and facilities like the gym and pool are a plus! Leasing office communicates well and a very personal with residents.

I’ve had no issues personally with maintenance or the front office but the reason why I’m scoring low is due to the lack of communication from the office staff. Why did they change the name of the apartments and not send an official notice to everyone? There were also 2 fire alarms a couple months ago with no explanation. The walls are also paper thin and there’s a lot of noise from everywhere. Dogs poop in building 6 and owners refuse to pick it up and there should be more notices and fines for... that. The gate is broken and looks like they’re doing nothing to get that fixed. The entry doors to building 6 are always unlocked meaning anyone can get in.
