Management lost our rent on multiple occasions. We have had issues with them trying to come into our apartments without calling and letting us know. Isabel who runs the front office is almost never in the office, even when posted outside office hours. Our rent can’t be up soon enough

Great place to live at affordable prices. Units have been recently upgraded, also the new owners show so much respect towards the resident and are very involved with the community.

I pretty sure she stole my rent money order she was fast to say that there was only two money orders in the drop box and mine was the one they took how would she know that if she didnt take it.then she said i had to pay it again or get evicted i asked to talk to higher person in charge she told me she was not going to give me # that she was there for complaints i filed polce report had it tracked i showed her copy of stolen money order drop box dosnt have a openimg on bottom of box didnt... know that you would think manager would be responsable to make sure it would not be so easy to take Read More

I currently live here, ive never had issues with anybody, managment had always been great until here recently we had a new manager come in. Shes has horrible customer service never in the office, she doesnt pick up phone calls, (always on her personal phone) ive emailed office, never received a reply. Very bad work ethics. She doesnt care about her residents, my daughter lost her key and she went in the office to ask to borrow a key to get in she said she couldnt let her in. She left my... daughter out till my husband got him. Very sad that shes heartless and is only there to collect a paycheck. Mind me this had never happened before, other managers were very kids and would assist us if we needed anything. I feel like we are stuck with this situation.
