Poor Management, Unqualified Maintence personnel, Lie, Cheat, and Steal your money. Don't waste you time, headache,or money on this wanna be thuggish ponzi scheme apartments. The apt wasn't ready upon move in, trashed apt, don't do work on apt until tenant turns on lights. Pest control done by maintence not by outside vendor, just throw white substance on wall and top of stove, got it all on my pots and pans, had to sanitize and deodorize, you pay rent but nothing ever gets fixed. No heat and... lights in apts for winter snap. Maintenance was not an certificated hvac and he tripped breaker. I had to pay for hotel room for two nights. Main boiler is broken, got sick. I lived here before and never had a problem with anything...not even roaches
Management did the best they could to get things done in a timely manner and it was a quiet place to live
parking was a little crazy but above all it was an OK place to stay.

It is an older apartment and for what you pay for it is a little bit overpriced in my opinion. The residents are mostly lower income people and immigrants. I picked this place because it's close to where I go to school. I do not plan to stay here in the long run because the apartments are old and everything just keeps breaking. The good thing is the management are pretty fast with fixing stuff. However, they do only prioritize emergencies. This was the worse experience i had live while living in apartments. Maintenance is horrible. Never fix what they are supposed to when they say they are. Management changed 3 times in the year and a half we were there and things that were promised to get fixed never got done. Restrooms got flooded, had mold on windows, and water would always come up in the kitchen. A lot of roaches and exterminator will never show up. Just horrible!
