Beamer Place Apartments

These apartments are awful. The ac breaks every couple of months and we were told it wasn’t an emergency because it’s cold outside (currently getting up to 80° both inside and outside). We aren’t allowed to decorate for holidays, they charge $50 per item they remove from your porch if you do. The bath tub sounds like it’s going to fall through the floor, our dishwasher leaves our dishes dirtier than when we put them in. The neighbors are always outside screaming at the top of their lungs. The… parking is atrocious, so many people without smi realty stickers stay parked for days at a time causing us to have to park near the front and walk all the way across the complex to get to our apartment. Staff at the front are rude and don’t let you get a word in. They only care about the money aspect and not about the well-being of the tenants. I do not recommend this place for anything, they show you a nice apartment with everything new, but when they give you the key and you go to yours it is horrible, old floor, old bathroom, with cockroaches, those in the office are very arrogant that for everything you They want to get money, they tell you a price and you end up paying $ 200 more, and you call them and demand an explanation and they give you cheap excuses, the hot water goes out every 3 weeks and lasts almost 5 days without coming… , when there are storms or a lot of rain the power goes out and it takes almost 2 days to return, ask the tenants of the apartments before going to get into this garbage of apartments! Karin is very helpful! The staff listens to you’re concerns and goes above and beyond to help you. This community is definitely what you make it, maintenance is prompt and never had any issues with unexpected charges on rent.

The moment I received my key I felt at home. Maintenance is prompt in your request. Office staff are wonderful to have and they look out for their tenants. Ms. Karen is a doll as well as the rest of the team. They know how to make you feel safe secure and welcomed! I would recommend Beamer Place to anyone who is looking for a place to call home!
