I really enjoy living here. All the events are pretty cool and the staff are always nice. The only thing I would say is parking has been my only issues with my guest. They only allow 1 guest parking per day which I believe to be rather annoying. I wish they would get that update with more guest passes or visitor parking throughout the property because the 4 spots in the front by the office are ALWAYS FULL every night.

Overall, it’s been pretty good. A few grips I have about my unit is my neighbor constantly smokes and the smell comes into my unit. Also, the parking/registering cars does not incentivize me to have anyone over which sucks because I have a pretty big family. Also, when I first moved in over here, the grounds were relatively clean, but now I noticed that there are piles of dog poop in different areas. The overall unit itself is pretty nice and spacious. I do feel that some things are left to be... desired.

Great, we love them! We renewed for another year and they are spacious. For a first time apartment highly recommend! Only thing is some neighbors dont consider the time and start making loud noises in the middle of the night
