Braeswood Atrium

Sorry to say but this place looks horrible just driving by…there’s window units with plywood covering the windows that’s just awful… I am not sure of prices but whatever it is it need to be all remodeled and upgraded… this shouldn’t be a living facility for nobody!!!

I recently went by to review these apartments and turned around at the door. Dont waste your time at this place.

I just moved to the Braeswood Atriun, this is a very nice place, they are painting the building and the color looks beautiful. The staff in the office are very friendly. Brenda came to my apartment 2 days after I moved in to ask me if everything was fine in my unit. I love that the building is near the free way.

1)The pool is an algae-filled pond inside of a locked trash filled enclosure which hasn't been open to tenants in years.
2) Drug dealers and thugs swarm the parking lot and facilities after the manager leaves to go home to her apartment at closing time.
3) Plenty of opportunities to practice fire drills-1 to 4 times a day ( any time during the day or night.
4) The gates don't close on our ''...gated community..."- haven't for years
5) The tenant elevators(2) in the lobby have been... Out-Of-Service for nearly a year. Feel free to use the Service Elevator-which works most of the time.
6) The tenants sometimes let their dogs urinate & defecate in the service elevator and hallways. Too bad they were too busy to clean it up..... Read More
