Broadmead At The Med Apartments

There’s ROACHES everywhere! Sure pest control comes weekly but it doesn’t help. They are all on the exterior as well. Management is horrible. They always leave the gates open & let trash pile up on the property! Landscaping Omg this place looks like a dump bc they don’t care to do their job. We pay a lot of money to live in PPE conditions. They think slapping some paint was going to fix everything. WRONG! On top of they the painted so the doors ugly!!! Yellow, orange and blue.. just so tacky. I... use to love living here when i first moved in bc it was my first apartment in Houston.. but it quickly became a nightmare. I wish i was exaggerating i wish i was lying. This is a great place if this is all you can afford. But you will come to regret not looking harder to find something better if you do move in here. Pest control has told me I’m very clean its it’s probably a neighboring unit - i shouldn’t see all different species of roaches on this complex. American roaches! German roaches!! Baby roaches all over this complex! It is gross! I don’t like living in this condition at all. I’ve doused my house in bleach and moth balls to help. I clean daily to ensure i never see them! This community has been the best community I have resided. I love the outside style/homey, also how it is central Houston, not too far from city not too close. The surrounding areas are beautiful, scenery. Nice shopping nearby, quality food places, and entertainment. All maintenance/pest control
requests are completed swiftly,
well, great work and customer service. Great security, safe, quiet, clean environment. The staff, managerial, assistant manager, and agent staff are very helpful,... nice/kind and excellent customer service. Every is efficient in getting back with the community, taking care of questions/concerns and keeping us up to date with changes. Genuine. I highly recommend these apartments and I thank God for helping me find them.

maintenance has stolen from me. as well as purposefully destroyed my belongings on multiple occations. nothing has been done about this.
warm water is only there at certain hours.
they have severe electrical problems that they deny so won't fix.
(you WILL have to change your lightbulbs every other week. and thats generous as they typically don't keep that long)
apartments are extremely noisy and you can hear the neighbors every move.
maintenance just logs your requests as done without... actually fixing stuff.
pretty bad bug infestations.

BREAK INS EVERY OTHER WEEK! Management is spotty. Some days service is prompt and great other times they are rude and don't want to deal with you. Very loud area. Pros: close to the med center, next to NRG stadium. Cons: serious roach problem no matter how much you clean it won't help. Break ins, a woman had a gun held to her in the parking lot. They cut off the hot water with NO WARNING. Leaving next month and can't wait.

The Broadmead is a quaint complex with mostly mature professional residents. The apartment building is adjacent to the NRG Stadium (Go Texans!!). Because of its central location, you are only fifteen minutes from Midtown/Downtown Houston, and just five minutes from the Medical Center. The Metro Bus line is located at the front of the apartment building, how awesome is that for those who like the idea of parking and riding?
