Colony Oaks Apartments

I live in a multi-family complex with washing machines that work and ability to pay your rent online. I am approaching the 4-year mark when I renew my apartment lease in September.

Colony Oaks Apartments Review

Colony Oaks is an overall nice apartment complex, in my unbiased opinion. There are shade trees throughout to shield you from the blistering Houston sun, and there are several swimming pools for leisure. The place has a very quiet and relaxed environment. I do have to sin it for the fact that there have been one or two crimes reported since I moved here a year ago; however, crime is something that happens everywhere. It's not the Marriott of Apartment complexes, but it is still a nice place to… stay. The complex has earned it's 4 out of 5.
