If i could give this property negative 0 i would!!! Me and my family been living here for over 20 years this place has become very unethical. New management is not professional the new “manger” doesn’t even have manners or even willing to find a solution. Over several years they been saying things were going to be fixed/replaced never been done. I would not recommend this place at all, especially there manger does not know how to solve issues or concerns in a timely matter. They’ve just been... raising there rent but not remodeling or fixing anything. I would not recommend this property at all. There cameras don’t work they deny to give any type of info from there cameras cause they know they don’t work. Cheap skates don’t even have security anymore more stealing/ dangerous environment. I really like the new backsplash they installed in my apartment when I renewed my lease. I have only been here a bit over a year but so far so good. I do not know about maintenance much because I haven't had to call in for any issue, but I do know there is this one maintenance guy kind of short who always has a smile on his face and I see him greet everyone. That's nice to see. Other than that the complex is great and clean!

I’ve been here going on 2 yrs and couldn’t be happier. The staff is friendly and polite. My father had an organ transplant in the last year and the staff has been very accommodating to all maintenance requests. All requests are done within a day, two tops. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained.
My neighbors are friendly and willing to lend a helping hand when needed.

I lived at Coral Islands for 2 years my experience there was pleasant I had very good neighbors and management was great. If I ever had a maintenance issue it was resolved right away my children looked forward to the activities the office held for the community and the best part of living there I would say was feeling secure in the property, the community is gated and there was always a security guard on site and he would make his presence known. This is my last month at Coral. In my search for a new apartment, I came to check Coral Islands reviews and was shocked that nobody seems to have taken the time to review the property and the only review is horrible.
Here is my honest experience with Coral Islands.
I have been here 4 years. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and I'm only leaving because I bought a house.
In the 4 years I've been here I've never had issues with management or maintenance. Except for when the hot water boiler... broke but management was real good about texting us updates.
My apartment is in good condition and management has always made sure the work in my apartment is completed at least by the next day.
Parking is a little tight sometimes. I decided to rent a reserved spot so I don't have to deal with that anymore.
The property is quiet. They have access gates that work 99% of the time. My last apartment's gates almost never worked.
This month is their annual Pool Party. I'm looking forward to that.
