I have never experienced worse maintenance. The property has gotten so filthy and each of my service tickets has been closed before anyone has had a chance to check out the problem. I feel bad for whoever moves in after us because there are so many issues. Oh, and our apartment has flooded three times as the pipes back up severely. The drainage system is absolutely terrible. I don't know what management company has taken over as every time I go in the office, there are different groups of people... in the office every single time.
From time to time, I will see a vehicle missing two or more tires at a time. New neighbors over the past couple of months have been horrific. Be prepared for obnoxious and very loud music on the weekends.
I would never consider renewing my lease here. Ever.

Not a luxury apartment
I am currently renting from these apartments and they are far from luxury. In the time that I’ve been here it hasn’t been what I’d expected. I’ve experienced more roaches at this place than I did when I lived in hood apartments. I practically have done more maintenance at this place than what the staff has done. I can literally hear everything from my upstairs neighbor’s footsteps to their daily vomiting (prayers for them). I can say without a doubt that this will be the first and last time that... I rent from these apartments.

New Management is Terrible
When I first moved here I really liked this place. Great reviews and close to where I needed to be. However I found out that new management had just taken over and things have started to change and not for the good.
Parking is incredibly poor. They don't tow anyone that doesn't belong, but are happy to tow their own tenants (see other reviews). I had no parking spot available at all and I'm a tenant here. I parked where I thought I could for at least the night, only to have my car towed. ... They refused payment!
Service requests are a joke. They don't give you notice they are coming in advance and at times they don't want to do anything, they just mark the request complete! I needed a new lock due to a security issue and never heard from them. I checked to find they closed it out. I have an issue with mold coming out of the duct (and onto the wall) and the guy told me to just wash it.
Management can't fill these new spots and it's easy to see why. If you're trying to decide between another place and this one, I'd chose the other.

Great community
It was a great apartment complex to live in. It was very safe and clean. Maintenance was always on top of repairs and did so quickly and in an orderly fashion. Community perks like the pool, work out room, and coffee station were great. I loved the layout and openness of the apartment. The complex changed ownership about a year ago, and the only complaint I have is with not being able to get important questions answered by the new manager for move out. I have about 2 months of emails with no... responses and phone calls with no call backs. Even now I cannot get ahold of her about my deposit and it’s been another 3 weeks. All other staff were great.

Best apartment complex I've ever lived in
While Creekstone has many great amenities and aesthetically pleasing grounds, what truly made it an enjoyable living experience were the neighbors and the property management team. Tenants here tend to range from young professionals to transplants with young families to older folks who are super sweet and have been around the complex for quite awhile. We made many good friends and spent plenty of time at the pool just hanging out with everyone. The management team hosts several parties... throughout the year including a summer bash, thanksgiving, christmas, a wine party, plus the occasional food truck evening.
Elaine, David, and Michael were always super helpful. They obviously really care about the complex and its residents. The maintenance staff are also superb and always get things done in a timely fashion. I never felt like any of my concerns or needs were being dismissed and they continued to make improvements throughout the ~3 years we lived there including building a dog park, adding parcel boxes with keyless code entry, and even power washing the spider eggs from the hallway outside our door.
The gym is better than average, in my opinion, and I typically didn't have to wait for equipment. 3 treadmills, two ellipticals, a boxing bag, smith machine, free weights up to 50 lbs, and a total body machine. The pool was always clean and there are plenty of chairs, two gas grills, a volleyball court, and a calisthenics station. I love how dog friendly the property is as well with dog bags and waste sites throughout.
As for the apartment itself - love the crown molding and option to have them paint accent walls. Cabinets are a clean white, appliances are stainless steel, carpet is probably as attractive as carpet can be, and love having wood floors in certain areas. The patio was also huge - will miss that part the most!
Only negatives were sometimes people parking in the lot who likely weren't residents. Meant that we sometimes had to park in a dark corner far away from the buildings that made me feel a little unsafe. Wish they would put additional light posts over there. There were occasional car door dings as well that typically happened on the weekends at night after people came home late. Also, with the Buffalo Bayou right there you will sometimes get a bad small and some flooding. The upside of having the Bayou there is that the complex feels very secluded and there are gorgeous trees everywhere.
