Terrible Management ***renters beware***

This place makes me so frustrated. The elevators are broke and people and on walkers and wheelchairs. They won't pick up the residents rent from their doors even if they can't walk but charge late fees!!!
They don't assist residents with their needs. The management is rude. Now there are bugs!!

Ly'Tavia and Daisy have been very patient with my persistent requests. The maintenance people are friendly and helpful, as well as prompt and knowledgeable.

I appreciate all the help and advice from the staff and other residents

Don’t let your parents live here!

Filthy and disgusting. Rude leasing office. Infested with bed bugs and refuse to treat until renter prepays for treatment. Security gates constantly broken, pool inoperable. Dumpster always overflowing. Disgusting residence.
