I am no longer interested in the apartment. I was scheduled a tour yesterday 12/26/25 for 2pm by Jessica. I arrived there on time. I was told Jessica was on break and should be back in ten minutes. I waited 40 minutes with no update, nothing! Very unprofessional!

I have living here almost two years they don’t fix nothing I have like one year and 7 months with out light on my living room and the bedroom has mood and the restroom don’t work the management is horrible and nothing kind.. they don’t care if you paid a parking spot they don’t have wrecked to toll the car that are parking on you spot omg u can continue don’t move I’m waiting two month the my lease end to move

This is the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment. The management is just poor, they are forever changing their story so your rent more than likely will be different every month because they are always adding different charges just to get more money out of you. They never notify you on what is going on ahead of time. My car was towed and I had to come out of pocket $250 when all management had to do was sent of a notification to renew parking permits which was never sent. They also... have an extremely bad bug problem which they dont care about because apartments only get spray maybe every 6mo. I could go on and on but this place is literally a hell hole Read More

Been here for almost 2 years and my apartment has repairs that was supposed to be done upon move in! Kitchen cabinets were leaning and leasing agent said they were going to be repaired and it never happened. The cabinets were actually water damaged and collapsed under the sink. Brown water spots in the ceiling and walk in closet. Bath tub peeled two weeks after move in and is still in the same condition almost 2 years later. Property is not secured. And nobody knows what happened with the rent... relief money. Read More

I have lived here for years within the last 2 years the water bill has steadily increased. I will not be renewing my lease because of this the office tells you to refer to water company knowing full well they will not speak to you if you are not the account holder. Last 3 months the water by itself has been $250 plus dollars plus they force a concierge package on you for $95 which the valet trash service has not been available since they said this package was needed.
