Excellent Property and Location

Excellent property management and professional services.
Excellent after hours responds with management cell that responds in a timely. Beautiful landscape and external grounds.

Toxic Mold & Fire Hazard

Toxic mold exist on the premises of Miramar Townhomes. Fire hazard is a real danger due to the existing water damage surrounding the light fixtures as shown in these photos of Miramar Townhomes. I am a resident and never should anyone live at Miramar Townhomes. The other negative reviews are correct and Miramar Townhomes must be AVOIDED! Miramar Townhomes is aware of all of these hazards.

Poorly Cared For, Neglected Property

We have lived here for 2.5 months so far in 2024. Since we've moved in, our washer, dishwasher had to be replaced. The fridge had major bugs and it had to be replaced. The common areas have overgrown grass and weeds that are not tended to. Landscapers rarely come. Numerous cars park throughout the property and have expired tags. There has been a break in/robbery as well. Our biggest disappointment is the broken and unusable pool that is the number 1 attraction here. We were told 2.5… months ago the pump was on order and would be here in a week. Neighbors tell us the pool's been broke since last year and the place is under new management, new owners. I do not recommend Miramar at all!

Car alarm

I live next to this complex. EVERY MORNING there’s a car alarm that goes off for 5 hours at a time. No one will pick up at the complex to do anything about it and the gate is always stuck causing a ton of traffic on the main road.

We are currently under new Management and can assure you that Our gates work fine and none of Our… residents have a reported this issue.
