I think the price of what I pay monthly against the quality service is too high, if the offer better service, mostly front desk, or when you submit a request/suggestion to see the management taking action to improve, but I’ve never seen this. It is not a bad place, I’ve been living with Cortland for like 6 years in a row, like 3 years in the Inkwell and they are really good, but they could be better

Cortland Inkwell Greenhouse is definitely a place of residence that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to move. They are spot on when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. The staff is absolutely amazing and friendly. They do an excellent job when it comes to taking care of the property and tenants. Great Apartments!

These are very upscale apartments. Management keeps things clean and tidy. I appreciate my neighbors as well. Super quiet and safe place to live.
