My neighbor and I we have the same problem the manager and corporate don’t do anything about it the problem with the property dark at night the insecurity and the worth is the smoking weed in the apartment the smell get inside I’m not a smoker . Why should I respect some one don’t respect my home .

Unfortunately, our experience at this complex has been significantly affected by a persistent marijuana smoke issue. The smoke frequently travels into our apartment through the ventilation system and walls, resulting in involuntary exposure to secondhand smoke inside our own home.
This is not simply a matter of preference it is a serious health concern, especially for families with children who should not be exposed to this type of environment. No resident should have to worry about the air... quality inside their own living space.
Despite reporting the issue, it continues to occur. Stronger enforcement of lease policies and smoke regulations is clearly needed to protect the health, safety, and well being of all residents. Don't recommend the ppl from office are really nice but all they do there is still your money from application here I apply 2 times first time I understood because my lease from my other apartment was not until ausgust so i apply again and now they came up with other excuse that they didn’t give me on my first application so I'll think twice on putting a application here to rent

I've been a resident for a little over a year now and I love it here!! The office staff are so nice and welcoming. We now have a new office manager and for a minute I was concerned because Tammy would always give me a warm greeting but I hadn't had a chance to know the new manager but now that we are acquainted, I love Jessica too!! The property is well maintained and quiet which is a major plus in my book. I hate to give this property 5 stars and big thank you to Jessica, Mrs. LT and Danielle.

Please for the love of GOD do not move here I think these reviews are fake, coming from a former resident I stayed there for a year and I’m glad my lease is up these apartments are not luxury and they are outdated the appliances are old and these apartments are noisy! If you don’t mind the noise by all means move there but they are noisy and don’t care if you complain about it you hear every door slam in your building especially if you stay on the 3rd floor you can hear your neighbors below you... YES BELOW YOU! the halls are alway dirty, maintenance doesn’t do their job they have flying roaches and a lot of unidentified insects and bugs there’s no grass in the complex so the animals use it on the rocks they have in replace of the grass it always smells like urine and poop!
