Lack of rule enforcement
Unfortunately, the living conditions in the complex have noticeably declined due to a lack of proper guidance and consistent management. When new residents move in from outside the country, it’s essential that they are informed about the community rules—such as maintaining appropriate noise levels, properly disposing of trash in the designated dumpsters (not around them), and ensuring that children are supervised and not playing soccer in the parking lot, which is both disruptive and unsafe... .
Another recurring issue is the hanging or drying of rugs on fences, which detracts from the overall appearance of the property. Additionally, reckless driving within the complex poses a serious safety risk for residents, particularly children.
The pool area is also a major concern. It is often dirty and poorly maintained. The images used in advertisements are misleading and do not reflect the current state of the property.
These issues could be greatly improved with clear communication and consistent enforcement of community guidelines. Unfortunately, despite reports and complaints, management has not taken meaningful action. This lack of oversight is significantly affecting the quality of life for all residents.
I sincerely hope that management will take immediate steps to address these concerns and work toward creating a cleaner, safer, and more respectful environment for everyone.

Please note that GWR Management assumed management of the community on October 20, 2025, and we are actively working to address existing concerns. Our team is currently reviewing community policies, enhancing maintenance schedules, and implementing new procedures to improve communication, and cleanliness throughout the property.
