Trails At Eldridge Parkway

I have been trying to rent an apartment here, but they don't have anything available to move in soon on 3 bedrooms, and I believe it, their customer service is amazing the two ladies at the front are so nice that you don't want to leave the office. I am going to keep trying until I can get 3 bedrooms.

This community is beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.

Wow, what can I say about my 3 years of tenancy at the trails? I’ve never been greeted without a smile by any of their wonderful staff. Melissa and Lucia are both kind & always ready to help. Maintenance requests have always been addressed promptly & I’ve always felt safe and informed living on this property. The gym is top notch (so much so that I cancelled my gym membership) & the beautiful pools have been the setting of many fantastic impromptu photoshoots. Our experience at Trails at Eldridge Parkway has been very positive overall. The staff is friendly, the complex just went through a renovation and is kept fairly clean. All the buildings are freshly painted, walkways have been power washed and all lights are now functioning (a few were out when we first moved in 10 months ago). The staff is very friendly and happy to answer questions every time I have called or visited the office. In our time here we have only had two issues, which is why I am... not giving 5 stars as I never experienced this in my previous apartments.

1. About 3 or 4 months after move in they could not find a package for me that was in their office. Online said it was delivered, I even received an e-mail from the office saying it was there, but when I went to pick it up they said it was not there. Not only that, the person that was looking for it, looked for a little bit, said it wasn't there and I showed her the email saying delivered and she just repeated it's not there and went back to her conversation with another staff member while I was just standing there. After a while she noticed me and asked "was there anything else?" and I repeated I was looking for my package. It was found eventually, but the poor dismissive service at time stuck with me.
2. At one point we had an issue with our refrigerator. It was barely cooling and nowhere near as cold as it should have been. I put in a ticket online, and after not hearing back for a day I called. The person I spoke to at first said she didn't see the ticket, then she said she found it and they would send someone out. Another day goes by and nothing so I called again. The person I spoke to that time said they had no record of me putting in a ticket or calling and that they would send someone out, at which point they did the same day.

Other than those two issues listed above we have received great response time in other instances regarding both packages and maintenance tickets. Our issues are usually resolved within a day.
Due to the recent upgrades and change in management we have decided to renew our lease for another year and would recommend these apartments. Read More

We have been here for 7 months and have had a very pleasant experience. We love the staff and have enjoyed getting to know many of the residents through CARES events. This community has become home. We've would recommend this property to anyone!
