This place is a Slum
when i first moved here, I loved it because the place was cute on the outside. however, after my first year in this complex i started having a problem with rats. Come to find out, this place was infested with huge, black rats. They ate through the walls and started coming into my unit. when I went to talk to the land lady, Helene, she was extremely rude with me. This place is a slum. Too bad this
review doesn't allow pictures, so you could see what i had to live in. Utter filth

aoggy mess
I have plumbing backups that gurgle and spew like the Hot Springs...the community air condition ducts contain mold, I have been so many versions of sick since living here. more, etcetera
